Coffin of Prince Johann Georg (d. 1703)

Johann Georg’s second child was the much longed for crown prince. Full of hope, his parents named him after his father. He is depicted in a Roman style sitting on a royal mantle. The prince died when he was just six months old, and his coffin was placed on the western side of the crypt.
